Required Documents For The Application

Before starting the application process, make sure you have the following documents available in electronic format:

• 1 Passport Photo
• Notified photocopy of Secondary School Certificates:
  • Copy of Diploma
  • Copy of transcripts (Senior 4, 5, and 6)
  
  Note: Once you are selected, you should present yourself in person at our office with your original Documents, otherwise your application will be canceled.
• Students seeking to transfer from another higher learning institution (HLI):
  • Academic Transcripts of their previous completed academic years
  • Licence from the nursing council
  • Service testemonial
• A copy of Identity card/Passport
• An Application fee’s receipt of 15.000 Frw
  

  Note: All Payments transactions (Application, Registration, and Tuition fees) are processed through the following bank accounts:

• All documents are submited in PDF Format (Each document’s size must be < 1MB)
• Your photo must be in JPG Format and the file size should be 350 KB or less
